Provident CRM recently Delivered National Smokers helpline Software to the NHS

Smokeline is Scotland’s national free stop smoking helpline – it is available between 9am-9pm seven days a week on
0800 84 84 84, all calls are logged in the system which provident CRM has delivered.

Smokeline advisors provide free advice and information for anyone who wants to stop smoking, or who wants to help a loved one to quit. Smokeline also provides information about the free stop smoking services provided by every NHS health board in Scotland. You can request stop smoking leaflets, a magazine and a DVD from Smokeline either by calling the helpline, or by texting ‘QUIT’ to 83434.

Smokeline relies on Provident’s Smoke Quitline CRM software to manage all interactions with the public, and report generation for the Minister for Health.

3. MSK – Musculo Skeletal Service

People can get advice on their muscle and joint pains and aches (including back pain) without having to wait for an appointment or visit a health centre.

This Service is relies upon Provident’s MSK Application with integrations to both CHI (Patient Lookup), and SCI (Refferal API) on N3 Secure National Healthcare Network.

4. Living Life – CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapeutic approach that addresses dysfunctional emotions, maladaptive behaviors and cognitive processes and contents through a number of goal-oriented, explicit systematic procedures.

Provident’s CBT Software is used by the NHS’s Living Life Service to schedule, track and report all interactions with Patients and Therapists.  The system provides many benefits including Pre and Post Treatment Assessment’s (PHQ’s), as well as automated systems for letter and appointment generation.

We are here in times of difficulty to provide a safe and supportive space by listening, offering advice and information. It is our belief and hope that by empowering people they will have the resources to recover.
